Andrew Middleton
Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, Andrew is the CEO of the Middleton Group. In addition to being an award winning Child and Youth Care Practitioner, Andrew is an entrepreneur, facilitator and public speaker who was named one of Atlantic Canada’s top 50 most inspiring entrepreneurial leaders under the age of 40, by 21 inc, and in 2019 was selected into the 12th cohort of the Wallace McCain Institute’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP). Andrew has been an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) since 2021.
In the past two decades, Andrew has worked all over the country with a specialized focus on supporting northern communities. While his entrepreneurial journey grew from a love of helping kids, his path forward is fueled by his passion for the trades. Growing up in rural Nova Scotia, Middleton is a self-proclaimed ‘country boy at heart’ who can often be found troubleshooting and building in his workshop.
Nadia Middleton
Vice President
Originally from Montreal, Nadia comes to us with thirteen years in executive recruitment, including leading the mining division of a publicly traded firm. Nadia joined the Middleton Group with six years working with the province’s business development agency, InvestNS (NSBI), where she managed the expansion of Nova Scotia’s global business network.
As VP, Nadia has the overall responsibility for growth strategies, which includes partnership development, research and M&A. She also has oversight for all commercial activities, including marketing, communications and branding. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, from Concordia University. As the daughter of a Sicilian immigrant, her passion for supporting new Canadians runs deep. As such, she volunteers with organizations such as ISANS, EduNova, as well as supports emerging female leaders through the YWCA Women’s Leadership Collaborative. Nadia is also a member of the Board of Directors with the Halifax Chamber of Commerce.
Bill Gullage

Chief Financial Officer
Bill is a senior financial executive with over thirty years’ experience in public practice and private industry. During his career, Bill has held several senior finance roles in industries including Financial Services (Reinsurance), Biotech, IT and Telecommunications.
Bill has been an active volunteer over the years, serving on a number of Boards and Committees. He is the former Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee for Innovacorp, a current member of the Finance Committee for the Anglican Foundation of Canada, Treasurer, Kin Club of Halifax, Club Support Director, District 7, Kin Canada and member of the National Building Task Force, Kin Canada. Bill holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Nova Scotia, and Financial Executives International Canada.
Wayne Crawley

Wayne has over 30 years of successful business development experience, achieving over $1.1 billion in enterprise value growth with both public and private companies. He has C suite experience internationally in Business Development, Leadership, Strategy, and Operations.
His experience & expertise also includes serving on the Board of Directors of Publicly Traded, Privately Owned, and Non - Profit organizations for over 35 companies, including Chair, Vice Chair, and Committee Chair roles. Wayne is recognized as one of Canada's Top 40 under 40 and an Honorary Lieutenant Colonel in the Canadian Military. Most recently also as Chair, YPO Gold, Atlantic Canada Chapter.
Brad Langille

Brad has developed many long-standing business relationships and an extensive network over his past 40 years in the M&A field. He looks back on his work experiences fondly, with his most rewarding project seeing him help save over 100 jobs and allowing a company owner to retire with pride.
He is adept at connecting sellers of businesses with buyers, negotiating the purchase and sale of businesses, and ensuring transactions are completed in the most tax-efficient manner. Brad loves helping people solve their business problems and appreciates all of the relationships in his life—from corporate, to his loving family.
